VanessaF Fashion Group International of San Antonio is hosting a student networking mixer on February 23rd 2010 at the International Academy of Design and Technology (IADT) from 6:30pm-8:30-pm.
No cover for students.
$20 for non students & non FGI members.
Reduced rate for FGI members at $10.
This mixer is a great opportunity to learn about fashion, meet others in the industry and grow your contacts. You will have the chance to meet & greet with Home Shopping Network host, Rita Verreos and local fashionista Gina Garcia. In addition, there will be a video presentation highlighting the top runway trends from New York, Paris, Milan and London.
This mixer is also the best place to learn more about Fashion Group International of San Antonio and how you can get involved! The Fashion Group international is a global, non-profit, professional organization with 5000 members in the fashion industry including apparel, accessories, beauty and home.
The FGI mission is to be the pre-eminent authority on the business of fashion and design and to help its members become more effective in their careers. Contest:
At the mixer criteria for the Fashion Week T-Shirt contest will be announced and tips given to get the edge with design and style. Winner’s design will be represented during November 1st—6th for San Antonio’s 2nd ever official Fashion Week.
